The main image is on the left, taking up almost all the left page, it features Davey Havok in a relaxed, leaning position looking towards the camera with his head tilted. He is made dominant and authoritive by the slight low angle to the shot and by using a mid-shot to display his torso his positioning and pose are highlighted. This relaxed demeanor is expressed by the photo to also make Davey Hovok seem interesting and stylish.
On the right page is most of the writing and content. The top 3/8ths of the page feature a large and dramatic quote from Davey Havok in white and purple with black highlighting. The quote vaires in size to get the reader's attention and emphasize the word "absolutely!" to make this response seem exciting and interesting. Below it, in the same style but smaller font, is a small piece of info for the reader on the main focus of the article.
The interview itself uses a plain but functional black font that starts with an equally simple drop cap so that it is easy to read and can allow for the questions to be better emphasized. The questions themselves use a similar black font in caps but with white highlighting to enlargen and emphasize it so that the reader can easily skim through the article to find a question that interests them.
